Store Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Underwood Pecan Farm, please contact us immediately. You may return your unopened and unused items for a store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not issue refunds.

 

All items must be returned in the original, sealed packaging and accompanied by the original store receipt. Underwood Pecan Farm retains the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet this criteria.
